My kids tried to go to the fireworks display down there and they said there was a massive traffic jam.It took them four hours to get home instead of the 30 minutes it usually does. They said the traffic lights were all off, and the police were directing traffic. Is that normal or did something out of the ordinary happen?
That's pretty normal. That's why I never attend these things anymore.
