Why can't we see the tryranny crashing down upon us?

Ok...it's Washington DC. You know, the capital of the land of the "free". It's a peaceful political protest. Keep these words firmly in mind as you watch the video:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Note that the taser was VERY close to being used on this kid. Perfectly understandable right? he was obviously dangerous to the officer's safety!
