Taking rifles and guns to a public event

For some reason YouTube will not allow this to be embedded. So you need to watch this video over at YT.

It's worth the time and effort.

Regarding the same story, FOX interviews Jim Rawles of SurvivalBlog.com.

Excellent.

FINALLY, guns rights activists are planning events to exercise their rights. I have been screaming that this is the EXACT type of thing the NRA and other similar organizations should be doing. There is nothing to be ashamed about by carrying a weapon in public.

Instead, they feel the need to cower in the shadows, so as to not offend the MSM. Bullshit.

We have to de-sensitize the general public to the idea that "guns are bad and people will die" - show them that they're safer, not at greater risk.

Mike you are exactly right. It's been far too long that gun owners cower in the shadows and allow themselves to be marginalized as whackos. Imagine if 10,000 people, all carrying openly, showd up for some townhall meeting somewhere. Levithian and it's lapdog press would be dumbstruck.
