Quote of the day

"Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of the day; but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers (administrators) too plainly proves a deliberate, systematic plan of reducing us to slavery."

Thomas Jefferson

I wholeheartedly concur! He had more good "liberty" sense in his little finger than the entire remainder of the Founders or Framers.

It is my humble view that had he not been away in France at the time, the federalists would have never pulled off that coup d' ta we know today as the Constitution.
