I was kinda leaning toward that train of thought myself. Barry didn't get the most optimum response, or respect, from the Deepwater platform blowout.
Of course, I wouldn't put it past the regime to be responsible for the blowout at Deepwater, too.

Now I'm just theorizing mind you, but the anti-American organizer-in-chief used the previous rig accident to levy a moratorium on all deep water drilling in the Gulf, even though the experts advised against it. Then his administration dragged its feet in every conceivable way in order to slow down the process of cleaning up. It just occurs to me that the marxists in the White House are looking for ways to continue strangling the mortally wounded republic, and what better way than to keep choking off its energy supplies?
I have become capable of believing the absolute worst about the US government, and the government seldom lets me down!

Eco-Terrorists, in both the Deep Water Horizon and now this Marine Energy Fire.
The Progressive/Collective Terrorists and the Progressive/Collective Administration. The Administration turning a blind eye to the Eco-Terrorist, then using the disasters created to enact more restrictions on another U.S. Industry. More Jobs Lost, More at the Tit of Big Government, More control for Big Government.
